Winter School will be held at Rm. 1009, William MW Mong Engineering
Building, The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shatin, N.T.
Hong Kong. Shuttle bus service will be provided to non-local
students from Regal Riverside Hotel to CUHK during ITCSC Winter
School from Jan 22 - Jan 26, 2008.

invited non-local students will have rooms reserved for them
at Regal
Riverside Hotel.

The
arrival date of the reservation is Monday Jan 21, 2008 and
the departure date is Sunday Jan 27, 2008. Students will share
rooms in pairs, triple or quadruple. The rooms will be automatically
paid for by Institute of Theoretical Computer Science and
Communications. Upon check out, students must pay the hotel
directly for any incidental charges (movies, mini-bar, clearing
service, etc.). If your arrival and departure dates are different
and wish to extend your stay, your lodging expenses will not
be reimbursed.

Local
Ground Transportation
|
|
For
students arriving at Hong Kong International Airport, Regal
Riverside Hotel will provide
scheduled airport shuttle bus service. Please contact
Regal Hotel Representative at "B14" counter for shuttle bus
registration. If there is a problem and you have to use a
separate shuttle service, taking bus #A41 to Shatin terminus
MTR station (HK$20, around 1 hour), at the terminus, then
taking taxi from Shatin station to Regal Riverside Hotel is
about HK$15. Please retain your receipt for reimbursement.
For
students arriving at Shenzhen International airport (Shenzhen
Bao'an Airport), airport buses N.330 or 538 are most useful
, both cost RM$20 and about 40minutes to Shenzhen Rail station
in Luohu, which is within walking distance to LuWu border
train MTR station. Once you cross the border, you may go to
a foreign currency shop at LoWu station to change some HK
Dollar to buy train ticket. Taking MTR train from Lo Wu to
Shatin is HK$25.5. Then take taxi from Shatin MTR station
to Regal riverside hotel and it costs about HK$20. Please
be reminded to keep your receipt for reimbursement.

Meals

| All
invited non-local student will receive meal allowance for breakfasts,
lunches, dinners and other local expenses during the event.
|
|
Registration
& Reimbursement
|
|
For local student,
please register at the reception desk in the seminar venue
at T.Y.Wong Hall, 5/F., Ho Sin Hang Engineering Building,
The Chinese University of Hong Kong, at 8:30am on Jan 22,
2008.
For non-local
student, ITCSC will have a Registration Booth at the east
lobby of Regal Riverside Hotel( next to the cake shop ) at
4:00pm-6:00pm on Jan 21, 2008. Students arrive after 5:00pm,
please register at the morning of Jan 22, 2008.
Please submit
the following documents for reimbursement when you register
at Regal Riverside Hotel.
- Air-ticket original
invoice with purchase price
- boarding pass
- original receipt
for local transportation.
To guarantee receiving
reimbursement before Jan 27, the required documents must be
submitted upon your registration. ITCSC will make the payment
by HK dollar check. You may need to draw on cash at a bank
in Hong Kong.
